For the Ribs:
- 2 lbs boneless country-style pork ribs
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground
- 1 teaspoon paprika
For the Homemade BBQ Sauce:
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar

Step 1: Prepare the Ribs
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Season the pork ribs with salt, black pepper, paprika, and minced garlic, rubbing evenly over all sides.
Step 2: Make the BBQ Sauce
- In a medium saucepan, whisk together ketchup, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the sauce thickens slightly (about 5 minutes).
Step 3: Cook the Ribs
- Place the seasoned ribs in a baking dish and pour half of the BBQ sauce over them. Cover with foil.
- Bake for 1 ½ hours, or until the ribs are tender.
Step 4: Broil for a Crispy Finish
- Remove foil, brush ribs with remaining BBQ sauce, and broil for 5 minutes, until caramelized and slightly crispy.
