These Boneless Country Style Pork Ribs are melt-in-your-mouth tender and coated in a sweet and tangy homemade barbecue sauce. Slow-cooked to perfection, this easy recipe guarantees juicy, flavorful ribs every time!

Ingredients

Scale

For the Ribs:

  • 2 lbs boneless country-style pork ribs
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

For the Homemade BBQ Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Ribs

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Season the pork ribs with salt, black pepper, paprika, and minced garlic, rubbing evenly over all sides.

Step 2: Make the BBQ Sauce

  1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together ketchup, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar.
  2. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the sauce thickens slightly (about 5 minutes).

Step 3: Cook the Ribs

  1. Place the seasoned ribs in a baking dish and pour half of the BBQ sauce over them. Cover with foil.
  2. Bake for 1 ½ hours, or until the ribs are tender.

Step 4: Broil for a Crispy Finish

  1. Remove foil, brush ribs with remaining BBQ sauce, and broil for 5 minutes, until caramelized and slightly crispy.

Step 5: Serve & Enjoy!

  1. Let the ribs rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm with your favorite sides.

Notes

  • For extra tenderness, marinate the ribs in the BBQ sauce for 1-2 hours before cooking.
  • Want a smoky flavor? Add ½ teaspoon smoked paprika or grill the ribs after baking.
  • Slow Cooker Option: Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, then broil for 5 minutes.
