Description
This Sweet Condensed Milk Bread is soft, fluffy, and slightly sweet, making it perfect for breakfast, tea, or a snack. Made with sweetened condensed milk, it has a rich and tender crumb that tastes amazing plain, toasted, or with butter and jam!

			- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
 - 1 packet instant yeast (about 2 1/4 tsp)
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
 - 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
 - 1/2 cup milk, warmed
 - 5/16 cup water, warm
 - 2 large eggs
 
Instructions
1. Prepare the Dough:
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
 - In a separate bowl, whisk together warm milk, water, condensed milk, melted butter, and eggs.
 - Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
 
2. Knead & First Rise:
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 10-12 minutes until smooth and elastic.
 - Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
 
3. Shape & Second Rise:
- Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal pieces or shape it into a loaf.
 - Place in a greased baking pan and cover. Let it rise for another 30-45 minutes.
 
4. Bake:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Brush the top with a little milk or egg wash for a golden crust.
 - Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
 
5. Serve & Enjoy!
- Let cool slightly, then serve warm with butter or jam.
 
Notes
- For a softer crust, brush with butter after baking.
 - Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
 - This bread can also be used for French toast or bread pudding!
