Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded triple cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup sliced scallions
  • 2 tbsp milk (any type)
  • 2 tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Crushed black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Mix the Cheese Ball Base

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, bacon bits, scallions, milk, and spices (everything bagel seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper).
  2. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.

2. Shape and Chill

  1. Using your hands or a spatula, shape the cheese mixture into a ball.
  2. Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.

3. Coat the Cheese Ball

  1. Spread the chopped pecans on a plate.
  2. Roll the chilled cheese ball in the pecans, pressing gently to ensure the nuts adhere evenly to the surface.

4. Serve and Enjoy

  1. Place the cheese ball on a serving platter.
  2. Serve with crackers, veggie sticks, or toasted baguette slices.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, use smoked bacon bits or freshly cooked, crumbled bacon.
  • The cheese ball can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator, allowing the flavors to meld.
