Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced

  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)

For the Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, black olives, and red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
