A warm and fluffy street food favorite from Korea, Gyeran Bbang is a soft, slightly sweet bread filled with a whole egg and baked to perfection. Perfect for breakfast or a quick snack!

For the Batter:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg (for batter)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Filling & Topping:
- 6 small eggs (for filling)
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin pan or small oval molds.

Prepare the Batter:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until the batter is smooth.

Assemble the Egg Bread:
- Pour batter into the muffin molds, filling each about halfway.
- Crack a whole egg on top of each mold.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese, if using.

Bake:
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the egg is set.

Garnish & Serve:
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of black pepper or a drizzle of honey.
