- 1 lb top sirloin steak (thinly sliced)

- 1 tsp ginger (grated or minced)

- 1 cup beef broth
- 3/4 cup chicken broth

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
Pasta & Grains:
- 8 oz lo mein noodles
Baking & Spices:
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Oils & Vinegars:
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk together beef broth, chicken broth, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Cook the Noodles:
- Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the Beef:
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced sirloin steak and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté the Vegetables:
- In the same skillet, add garlic, ginger, onion, broccoli, carrots, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Combine Ingredients:
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet, along with the noodles.
- Pour the sauce over the mixture and toss everything together until well coated and heated through, about 2–3 minutes.
- Serve:
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional sesame oil or green onions if desired.
