- 3 tbsp avocado oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Dressing:
- In a small bowl, whisk together red wine vinegar, avocado oil, dried oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Assemble the Flatbreads:
- Lay out the flatbreads on a clean surface.
- Layer each flatbread with 3 slices of provolone cheese, 4 slices of ham, 3 slices of salami, and 4 slices of pepperoni.
- Top with a few slices of banana peppers, onion, and tomato.
- Drizzle the Dressing:
- Spoon the prepared dressing evenly over the toppings on each flatbread.
- Roll and Slice:
- Roll each flatbread tightly into a log, ensuring the filling is secure. Use a sharp knife to slice each roll into 1-inch bite-sized pieces.
- Serve:
- Arrange the sub bites on a serving platter and serve immediately.
