Description

Oils & Vinegars:

  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp avocado oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dressing:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together red wine vinegar, avocado oil, dried oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Assemble the Flatbreads:
    • Lay out the flatbreads on a clean surface.
    • Layer each flatbread with 3 slices of provolone cheese, 4 slices of ham, 3 slices of salami, and 4 slices of pepperoni.
    • Top with a few slices of banana peppers, onion, and tomato.
  3. Drizzle the Dressing:
    • Spoon the prepared dressing evenly over the toppings on each flatbread.
  4. Roll and Slice:
    • Roll each flatbread tightly into a log, ensuring the filling is secure. Use a sharp knife to slice each roll into 1-inch bite-sized pieces.
