- 2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 5 oz instant banana pudding mix (dry powder)
- 1 cup 2% or whole milk
- 11 oz Nilla Wafers
- 8 medium bananas, sliced
- Crushed Nilla Wafers (for topping)
Instructions
- Make the Whipped Cream: In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- Prepare the Pudding Base: In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, banana pudding mix, and milk, and mix until creamy.
- Fold in Whipped Cream: Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the pudding mixture.
- Assemble the Layers:
- In a serving dish, spread a layer of Nilla Wafers.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas.
- Spread a layer of pudding mixture.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Top and Chill: Spread the remaining whipped cream over the top and sprinkle with crushed Nilla Wafers.
- Refrigerate for at least 4-8 hours (or overnight) to allow flavors to meld. Serve chilled!
Notes
- Use barely ripe bananas to avoid mushiness.
- For extra banana flavor, add banana extract to the pudding mixture.
