- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 1/4 cup milk

- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
1. Cook the Egg Noodles
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the egg noodles according to package directions.
- Once cooked, drain and set aside.
2. Brown the Ground Beef
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
- Drain excess fat and transfer the beef to a plate. Set aside.
3. Make the Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

- Slowly add the milk, whisking and cooking for another 5-7 minutes until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
4. Season and Combine
- Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt, ensuring even distribution of the seasonings.
- Reduce the heat to low. Add the cooked egg noodles and browned ground beef back into the skillet.
- Stir until everything is well combined and heated through.
5. Add the Sour Cream
- Gently stir in the sour cream until fully incorporated into the sauce.
6. Serve
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
