Description

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 3 tbsp blue cheese or ranch dressing

Cheesy Topping:

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil spray.
  2. Prepare the dip mixture:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, and blue cheese or ranch dressing. Mix until well combined.
  3. Assemble the dip:
    • Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
  4. Bake:
    • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the dip is bubbling around the edges.
  5. Garnish and serve:
    • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips, veggie sticks, or crackers.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce to the mixture.
  • Rotisserie chicken works perfectly for this recipe and saves time.
