Base Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 3 tbsp blue cheese or ranch dressing
Cheesy Topping:
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil spray.
- Prepare the dip mixture:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, and blue cheese or ranch dressing. Mix until well combined.
- Assemble the dip:
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
- Bake:
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the dip is bubbling around the edges.
- Garnish and serve:
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips, veggie sticks, or crackers.
Notes
- For extra heat, add 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce to the mixture.
- Rotisserie chicken works perfectly for this recipe and saves time.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
