Description

This Greek Yogurt Buffalo Chicken Dip is a creamy, cheesy, healthier twist on the classic favorite. Perfect for parties, game days, or any occasion, it’s a crowd-pleasing appetizer packed with bold flavors!


Ingredients

    • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • Dairy
    • 1/2 cup 0% fat plain Greek yogurt
    • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • Condiments
    • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
    • 3 tbsp blue cheese or ranch dressing
  • Produce
    • 2 tbsp sliced green onions (optional)

    • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray an 8-inch or 9-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  • Mix Ingredients
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, blue cheese or ranch dressing, and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  • Assemble the Dip
    • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake
    • Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the dip is bubbly.
  • Garnish and Serve
    • Garnish with sliced green onions and an extra drizzle of buffalo sauce or dressing, if desired. Serve hot with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
