Description

A smooth and velvety Disaronno Sour, blending the rich almond flavors of Disaronno with fresh citrus and a frothy finish, served over ice with a cherry garnish.


Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz egg white (optional, for froth)
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 maraschino cherry (for garnish)
  • 1 orange peel twist (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine Disaronno, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
  2. Dry shake (without ice) for 10 seconds to create a foamy texture.
  3. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and an orange peel twist.
