Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prep the Brussels Sprouts:
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any damaged or loose outer leaves. Slice larger sprouts in half for even cooking.
3. Season the Brussels Sprouts:
- In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, soy sauce, salt, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, and chopped bacon. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
4. Roast:
- Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 17-20 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender with crispy edges and the bacon is cooked.
5. Serve:
