Description

  • 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season Brussels Sprouts:
    • In a large mixing bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange on Baking Sheet:
    • Place the Brussels sprouts cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Add Parmesan:
    • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the Brussels sprouts.
  5. Roast:
