- 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season Brussels Sprouts:
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange on Baking Sheet:
- Place the Brussels sprouts cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Add Parmesan:
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the Brussels sprouts.
- Roast:
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve:
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
