			- 1 cup cottage cheese (full fat or 2%)
 - 2 eggs
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - In a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
 - Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in the garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
 - Spread the batter evenly onto the lined baking sheet, forming a thin layer.
 - Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the flatbread is set.
 - Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing.
 - Use as sandwich bread, a pizza base, or enjoy as is!
