- 1 cup mayonnaise

- 1 tbsp adobo sauce (from the chipotle can)
- 1/4 cup sour cream

- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- Blend the ingredients:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped chipotle chilies, adobo sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and honey. Stir until smooth and well blended.
- Taste and adjust:
- Taste the mayo and adjust the seasoning. Add more chipotle for extra heat or a bit more honey to balance the spice.
- Chill:
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve:
- Use as a dip for fries, a spread for tacos and burgers, or a sauce for roasted vegetables. Enjoy!

- For a lighter version, substitute half the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
