- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Flavor Additions
- 3 chipotle chilies (from a can)
- 1 tbsp adobo sauce (from the same can)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients
- Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
- Blend
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Serve and Store
- Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
- Adjust Heat:
- For more heat, add 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper or use spicy paprika.
- To reduce heat, use fewer chipotle chilies or less adobo sauce.
- Honey Substitute: If honey is unavailable, substitute with Karo syrup.
- Storage: Do not freeze as the mayo will separate when thawed.
