Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
- Cook the Chicken:
- Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sear chicken breasts for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F). Remove and set aside.
- Make the Sauce:
- In the same skillet, add chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
- Stir in the Boursin cheese until melted and smooth.
- Gradually mix in the heavy cream and cook for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Combine & Serve:
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon the sauce over the top, and simmer for 2–3 minutes to warm through.
