- 14 oz kielbasa sausage, sliced

- 2 cups broccoli florets

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder

- 1 cup white or brown rice

- 1 tbsp olive oil
Dairy:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Sauté the Kielbasa: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 4–5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Cook the Rice: In the same skillet, add garlic powder, onion powder, and rice. Stir to coat, then pour in the chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes (or until rice is tender).
- Add Broccoli & Kielbasa: Stir in the broccoli and return the kielbasa to the skillet. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
- Make It Cheesy: Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top and cover for 2 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt.
- Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm. Enjoy!
