For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

For the Caramel Layer:

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp salt

For the Topping:

  • 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or butter (for melting)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven & Prepare Pan:
    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Make the Graham Cracker Crust:
    • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
    • Press the mixture evenly into the baking dish.
    • Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let cool.
  • Prepare the Caramel Layer:
    • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt.
    • Stir constantly and bring to a simmer.
    • Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until thickened and golden.
    • Pour caramel over the cooled crust and spread evenly.
  • Add the Butterfinger Crunch:
    • Sprinkle crushed Butterfinger pieces over the warm caramel layer.
  • Melt the Chocolate & Drizzle:
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
    • Drizzle over the top of the bars.
  • Chill & Serve:
    • Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or until set.
    • Slice into squares and enjoy!
