These easy baked ham and cheese sliders are the perfect crowd-pleaser! Made with soft Hawaiian rolls, layers of savory ham and melted Swiss and cheddar cheese, and topped with a buttery poppy seed glaze, they’re baked until golden and gooey. A must-have for parties, game nights, or quick dinners!

- 1/2 lb deli ham

- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Baking & Spices:
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 1 1/2 tsp poppy seeds
Bread & Baked Goods:
- 1 package King’s Hawaiian original sweet rolls
Dairy:
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 lb deli-sliced Swiss cheese
- 1/4 lb deli-sliced sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Rolls: Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally (keeping them connected) and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
- Assemble the Sliders: Spread mayonnaise evenly on the bottom half of the rolls. Layer the ham, Swiss cheese, and sharp cheddar cheese. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
- Make the Butter Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, poppy seeds, and a pinch of salt.
- Brush & Bake: Generously brush the butter sauce over the tops of the sliders. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5–8 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!

- For extra flavor, add a layer of crispy bacon or caramelized onions.
