Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt (plus extra for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan:
    • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  2. Melt the Base:
    • In a heatproof bowl, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
    • Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Add Flavor:
    • Stir in vanilla extract and ½ tsp sea salt.
  4. Swirl in Caramel:
    • Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared pan.
    • Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over it.
    • Repeat with the remaining fudge and caramel, then use a toothpick or knife to gently swirl the caramel into the fudge.
  5. Chill & Set:
    • Sprinkle extra sea salt on top.
    • Refrigerate for at least 3 hours (or until firm).
  6. Slice & Enjoy:
    • Lift the fudge from the pan using parchment paper.
    • Cut into small squares and serve!

Notes

  • Use dark chocolate chips instead of white chocolate for a richer taste.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for 3 months.
  • For extra crunch, add chopped pecans or almonds.
