- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt (plus extra for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan:
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- Melt the Base:
- In a heatproof bowl, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted.
- Add Flavor:
- Stir in vanilla extract and ½ tsp sea salt.
- Swirl in Caramel:
- Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared pan.
- Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over it.
- Repeat with the remaining fudge and caramel, then use a toothpick or knife to gently swirl the caramel into the fudge.
- Chill & Set:
- Sprinkle extra sea salt on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours (or until firm).
- Slice & Enjoy:
- Lift the fudge from the pan using parchment paper.
- Cut into small squares and serve!
