Description

These White Chocolate Pretzels are the perfect sweet and salty treat for St. Patrick’s Day! Made with crunchy pretzels, creamy white chocolate, and festive green sprinkles, these easy no-bake treats are great for parties, snack boards, or gifting.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups mini pretzels (or pretzel rods)
  • 8 oz white chocolate or white candy melts
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
  • Green sprinkles or green sanding sugar
  • Green candy melts (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Add coconut oil if needed for a smoother consistency.
  3. Dip each pretzel into the melted white chocolate, using a fork to shake off excess.
  4. Place dipped pretzels on the prepared baking sheet and immediately sprinkle with green sprinkles or sanding sugar.
  5. If using green candy melts, melt them and drizzle over the pretzels for extra decoration.
  6. Let the pretzels set at room temperature or chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes until firm.
