Ingredients

Scale

Wet Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 8 oz high-quality white chocolate bars, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups granulated white sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Melt the White Chocolate & Butter:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a heatproof bowl, melt white chocolate and butter together over a double boiler (or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between). Set aside to cool slightly.

2. Make the Batter:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until pale and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
  2. Add the vanilla extract and the melted white chocolate mixture, whisking until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in flour and salt, mixing until just combined—do not overmix.

3. Bake the Brownies:

  1. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  2. Bake for 28–32 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is slightly soft.
  3. Let the brownies cool completely before slicing for the best texture.

4. Serve & Enjoy:

  1. Cut into 16 squares and enjoy! Serve plain, dusted with powdered sugar, or topped with whipped cream or berries.

Notes

  • Use high-quality white chocolate for the best flavor and texture.
  • Let the brownies cool completely before slicing to get clean edges.
  • Add white chocolate chips or macadamia nuts for extra texture!
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
