Instructions

Prepare the Radish Slices:
  1. Thinly slice watermelon radishes into rounds and set aside.
Make the Topping:
  1. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
