Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1 English cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, cubed or crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze or fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

 

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Ingredients – Cut watermelon into bite-sized cubes and slice the cucumber.
2️⃣ Assemble the Salad – In a large bowl, gently toss watermelon, cucumber, feta cheese, and chopped mint.
