You make a lavender mojito by muddling mint and lime, then adding homemade lavender syrup and sparkling water—no alcohol needed.
Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar

1 tbsp dried culinary lavender

Juice of 1 lime

6-8 fresh mint leaves

1/2 cup soda water or sparkling water

Lavender sprigs and lime slices, for garnish
Instructions

Make Lavender Syrup: Combine water, sugar, and lavender in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer and stir until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and steep for 10 minutes. Strain and let cool.

In a glass, muddle mint leaves with lime juice.

Fill glass with ice. Add 2–3 tbsp of the lavender syrup.

Top with soda water and stir gently to combine.
