    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tomato, diced
  • Condiments:
    • 1 avocado or guacamole
    • 1 cup chunky salsa
  • Baking & Spices:
    • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • Dairy:

  • Liquids:
    • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Prepare Sweet Potatoes:
    • Microwave sweet potatoes on high for 8–10 minutes until soft, or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 45–50 minutes.
  2. Cook Ground Beef:
    • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant. Drain any excess grease.

  5. Optional Toppings:
    • Add sour cream, extra salsa, or hot sauce for additional flavor.

Notes

  • Substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
  • Sweet potatoes can be prepared in advance for faster assembly.
  • Customize with additional toppings like jalapeños, cilantro, or black beans.
