Instructions
- Prepare the Onions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel the onions and slice them in half lengthwise. Arrange them cut side up in a baking dish.
- Make the Sauce:
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, white wine, sugar, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer, then remove from heat.
- Roast the Onions:
