For the Meatloaf:
- 1 lb ground pork
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup dried wood ear mushrooms, soaked and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup glass noodles, soaked and cut into small pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
For the Egg Yolk Glaze:
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp water

Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture:
- In a large bowl, mix together ground pork, eggs, chopped wood ear mushrooms, glass noodles, garlic, green onions, fish sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Steam the Meatloaf:
- Transfer the mixture to a heatproof dish and smooth the top.
- Steam over medium heat for 25-30 minutes until firm.

Add the Egg Yolk Glaze:
- In a small bowl, whisk together egg yolks and water.
- Brush the mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
- Cover and steam for an additional 5 minutes until the glaze is set.

- Let cool slightly before slicing.
- Serve with steamed rice and fresh herbs like cilantro or Thai basil.
