Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch + 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, water, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.

Notes

  • Store in the fridge for up to 1 week in a sealed container.
  • Adjust sweetness by using more or less honey/brown sugar.
