Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook linguini until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Make the Creamy Sauce:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, parsley, black pepper, and sour cream. Stir until smooth and creamy.
3. Combine & Assemble:
- Mix in the shredded rotisserie chicken and cooked linguini, coating everything in the sauce.
- Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
4. Bake & Serve:
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with additional parsley and serve warm.
