For the Yum Yum Sauce:

- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1–2 tbsp water (to thin, if needed)
Instructions
- Prepare the Yum Yum Sauce – In a small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients until smooth. Adjust consistency with water if needed. Set aside.
- Cook the broccoli – Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add broccoli and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Brown the beef – In the same skillet, add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Make the teriyaki sauce – Add garlic, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, ground ginger, and black pepper to the beef. Stir well to coat.
- Combine and simmer – Return the broccoli to the skillet, stir everything together, and let simmer for 2 minutes.
- Serve and garnish – Serve the beef and broccoli over cooked rice, drizzle with Yum Yum sauce, and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
- Swap ground beef for ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
- For a low-carb version, serve over cauliflower rice.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick!
