- 2 lbs frozen meatballs (or homemade)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch + 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)
Instructions
- Place meatballs in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs and stir to coat.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes, mix cornstarch with water and stir into the sauce to thicken.
