- 1 banana (frozen for extra creaminess)
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon blue spirulina
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon omega-3 oil (flaxseed or chia seeds)
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk of choice (almond, coconut, or regular milk)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If too thick, add more milk as needed.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
