Description

This Blue Smoothie is a vibrant and nutritious blend of dragon fruit, banana, blueberries, and blue spirulina! Packed with antioxidants, omega-3s, and protein, it’s the perfect refreshing and healthy drink for breakfast or post-workout fuel.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup dragon fruit (pitaya), diced
  • 1 banana (frozen for extra creaminess)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon blue spirulina
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon omega-3 oil (flaxseed or chia seeds)
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk of choice (almond, coconut, or regular milk)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. If too thick, add more milk as needed.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

  • For extra texture: Add ice cubes before blending.
