Ingredients

4 slices hearty whole grain or sourdough bread

1 ripe avocado, mashed

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes (oil-packed), sliced

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Vegan butter or olive oil, for grilling
Instructions

Optional: Lightly toast bread slices for 1–2 minutes for extra crispness.

In a small bowl, mash avocado with garlic powder and black pepper.

Spread vegan cream cheese on two slices of bread.
