Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs. Gradually add the milk, whisking until smooth and lump-free.

Stir in the melted butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Let the batter rest for at least 15 minutes.

Heat a lightly greased skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Pour in about 1/4 cup of batter and swirl to coat the bottom evenly.

Cook for 1–2 minutes on each side or until lightly golden. Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining batter.
