Sugar Cookie Bars:

Frosting:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Green food coloring
- Green and white sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Make the cookie dough: In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
- Add dry ingredients: Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt until fully combined.
- Bake: Spread the dough evenly into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown. Let cool completely before frosting.
- Prepare the frosting: Beat butter, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy. Add green food coloring and mix until evenly colored.
- Decorate: Spread frosting over the cooled cookie bars and top with green and white sprinkles.
- Slice and serve!
