- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped

- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 white chocolate bar (for shamrock decoration)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: Pre-bake the pie crust according to package directions. Let it cool completely.
- Make the chocolate filling: Heat heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until warm (do not boil). Pour over the chopped dark chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until fully melted and smooth.
- Enhance the flavor: Stir in butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Fill and chill: Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- Create the shamrock decoration: Melt the white chocolate and pipe a shamrock shape onto parchment paper. Let it harden, then carefully place it on top of the tart before serving.
