2 tbsp fish sauce

Instructions

In a medium pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.

Add lemongrass, galangal, lime leaves, and chilies. Simmer for 10 minutes to let the aromatics infuse the broth.

Add mushrooms and cook until they soften, about 3–4 minutes.

Stir in fish sauce and chili paste.
