- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon milk (optional, for fluffiness)

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, salt, turmeric, cumin, garam masala, and red chili powder.
- Add chopped onions, green chilies, and cilantro, mixing well.
- Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges set.
- Flip the omelette and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot with toast, roti, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more green chilies or a pinch of black pepper.
- Serve with buttered toast, paratha, or even inside a sandwich.
