Description

A fiery twist on a classic hot dog—grilled sausages topped with creamy slaw, blue cheese, and a bold buffalo sauce drizzle! Perfect for BBQs, game days, and spicy food lovers!

Ingredients

Scale

For the Hot Dogs:

  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 4 beef or chicken hot dogs
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery

For the Slaw:

  • 1 cup shredded coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Slaw – In a bowl, mix coleslaw, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to let the flavors meld.
2️⃣ Grill the Hot Dogs – Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and cook hot dogs for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally until slightly charred.
3️⃣ Assemble the Hot Dogs – Place grilled hot dogs in toasted buns. Top with creamy slaw, chopped celery, and blue cheese crumbles.
4️⃣ Drizzle with Buffalo Sauce – Generously drizzle buffalo sauce over each hot dog for an extra spicy kick.
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy – Serve immediately with celery sticks and extra buffalo sauce for dipping!

Notes

  • Prefer ranch over blue cheese? Swap it out for a milder flavor.
  • Use chicken sausages for a Buffalo wing-inspired twist!
  • Toast the buns on the grill for extra crunch.

  • Serve with fries, onion rings, or a side salad for a complete meal.
