Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard (optional)

Instructions

  • Lightly spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Add elbow macaroni, cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Pour in milk, heavy cream, and melted butter. Stir everything together.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and dry mustard (if using). Mix well.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally.

  • Once pasta is tender and cheese is fully melted, stir well and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra richness, add a dollop of cream cheese.
  • Stir occasionally to prevent sticking or overcooking around the edges.

  • Great for meal prep or serving a crowd—just reheat with a splash of milk.
