- 2 cups cooked boudin sausage, crumbled

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Evenly spread the crumbled boudin sausage and shredded cheddar cheese over the pastry.
- Carefully roll the pastry into a log, then shape it into a ring, pinching the edges together to seal.
- Place the ring on the prepared baking sheet and brush with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and flaky.
- Remove from the oven, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
