- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the cabbage: Slice the red cabbage into ¾-inch thick steaks and arrange them on the baking sheet.
- Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and smoked paprika.
- Coat the cabbage: Brush the mixture generously over each cabbage steak.
- Roast for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Add Parmesan: Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over each steak and return to the oven for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Garnish & serve: Top with fresh parsley and flaky sea salt before serving.
