Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh radishes, trimmed and halved

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

  • Optional: pinch of smoked paprika or lemon zest for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, toss halved radishes with melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
