Description

Roasted Parmesan Potato Wedges are crispy, golden, and packed with savory garlic butter and melty parmesan cheese. This easy oven-roasted side dish is perfect for weeknight dinners, parties, or any meal that needs a cheesy, comforting bite.


Ingredients

  • 6 medium Yukon gold or russet potatoes, halved lengthwise

  • 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

 

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a bowl, combine olive oil or melted butter with minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.

  • Toss the potato wedges in the garlic oil mixture until well coated.

  • Arrange wedges cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle evenly with shredded parmesan cheese.

  • Roast for 35–40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender inside and crispy on the edges.

 

  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, soak potato wedges in cold water for 20 minutes before roasting, then dry thoroughly.

  • Add a sprinkle of chili flakes or Italian seasoning for a flavor twist.

  • Great served with sour cream, ranch, or spicy mayo.
