Ingredients

6 medium Yukon gold or russet potatoes, halved lengthwise

3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine olive oil or melted butter with minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Toss the potato wedges in the garlic oil mixture until well coated.

Arrange wedges cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle evenly with shredded parmesan cheese.

Roast for 35–40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender inside and crispy on the edges.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve hot.
