- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven & Prepare Pan:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix Wet Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs, vanilla extract, and red food coloring, mixing until fully combined.
- Combine Dry Ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Gradually fold into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Add Chocolate Chips (Optional):
- Fold in white chocolate chips, reserving a few for topping.
- Bake:
- Spread batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
- Sprinkle extra white chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool & Serve:
- Let brownies cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
