For the Puto Brownies:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
For the Toppings:
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup berry sauce or strawberry syrup
- Edible flowers and microgreens (for garnish)

Prepare the Batter:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, mix milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and eggs.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.

Steam the Puto Brownies:
- Grease puto molds or silicone muffin cups.
- Fill each mold 3/4 full with batter.
- Steam over medium heat for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly.

Assemble the Dessert:
- Place steamed puto brownies on a serving board with dollops of whipped cream.
- Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle with berry sauce.
- Garnish with edible flowers and microgreens for an elegant touch.
