Description

These No-Bake Pumpkin Oreo Balls are a quick, easy, and frightfully delicious Halloween treat! Made with crushed Oreos, pumpkin spice, and cream cheese, then coated in white chocolate, these bite-sized delights are perfect for kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 package (36) Oreo cookies
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or candy melts
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)
  • Orange food coloring (optional)
  • Black or green candy melts (for decorating, optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos: In a food processor, blend Oreos into fine crumbs. Set aside a tablespoon for garnish if desired.
  2. Make the Dough: In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and pumpkin spice until smooth.
  3. Shape & Chill: Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  4. Melt the Chocolate: Microwave white chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Add orange food coloring if using.
  5. Dip & Decorate: Using a fork, dip each ball into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off. Place back on parchment paper.
  6. Add Garnish: Sprinkle reserved Oreo crumbs on top or drizzle with black/green candy melts for a festive Halloween look.
  7. Set & Serve: Let harden at room temperature or in the fridge for 10–15 minutes. Enjoy chilled!

Notes
