- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 cup white chocolate chips or candy melts
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)
- Orange food coloring (optional)
- Black or green candy melts (for decorating, optional)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos: In a food processor, blend Oreos into fine crumbs. Set aside a tablespoon for garnish if desired.
- Make the Dough: In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and pumpkin spice until smooth.
- Shape & Chill: Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Melt the Chocolate: Microwave white chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Add orange food coloring if using.
- Dip & Decorate: Using a fork, dip each ball into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off. Place back on parchment paper.
- Add Garnish: Sprinkle reserved Oreo crumbs on top or drizzle with black/green candy melts for a festive Halloween look.
- Set & Serve: Let harden at room temperature or in the fridge for 10–15 minutes. Enjoy chilled!
